1. Final Sale Policy

As a licensed healthcare provider, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered or picked up. This policy helps ensure the integrity, cleanliness, and safety of all medical supplies for every customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been fulfilled or is in transit, it is considered final.
