Often referred to as Liners, you'll also see them called panty liners or pads (for women) vs guards or shields (for men). The difference is in the shape; either hour-glass or cup-shaped to target the middle or front of the pad.

Bladder Control Pads are typically thicker and more absorbent than incontinence liners. They are designed to provide protection for moderate to heavy incontinence.
These pads are worn inside underwear or panties and offer protection for a longer period. They are often used by individuals who need extra security and absorbency.

Incontinence liners are thinner and smaller compared to bladder control pads. They are designed for lighter leakage or dribbles of urine. Liners are more discreet and are often used by individuals with light incontinence, or they can be worn as a preventive measure for occasional leaks.
